The team are always be happy to discuss your requirements and answer any questions you have, in addition every email received is read and responded to quickly.

Technical Support

Comprehensive support files, interactive training systems and FAQ's are included free of charge with every subscription. These will guide you easily through all elements of the service.

We are aware that you may sometimes wish to speak to a technical advisor directly, so there is a very efficient telephone and e-mail support department, which is on hand should you ever need direct help. The team are friendly and available to help you with any technical issues related to using the service.

Rather than inflate the cost of the service, or charge expensive premium rates for telephone support, there is an "annual support contract" that allows unlimited phone calls or emails to the technical team. This costs just £12.50 for the year when taken at the time of subscription or £17.50 at any time thereafter.
